* The price is per person in a room/villa based on 2 adults for a double room and 4 adults for a villa.
* The prices include the corresponding number of nights with snacks, festive lunch, оutdoor pool with deckchair and umbrella; free internet and parking.
* Cancellations:
When confirming a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required within 14 days.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 30 days before the date of reservation, no penalty is due.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 30 days prior to the reservation date will incur a 100% penalty.
Deadline for payment of the full amount per reservation – 02.04.2024
Cancellations after 01.12.2023 are not accepted.
Force majeure is not an exception to the conditions for cancellation. Only in case of an accepted epidemic situation throughout the country.
